This morning the pre-school children went on their very own Autumn walk to find natural resources for play.
We explored the items we found on our walk afterwards. ”please can you find a red leaf?” “Please can you find an item from a tree?”
The children were able to answer these questions when asked by an adult. One child said “it’s from a bird” as they lifted up a leaf and “this one is so big” as they proudly held their leaf up into the sky. We can’t wait to use their resources throughout our activities at nursery.
