Butterfly

Over the last month we have been learning about mini beasts with a special focus on caterpillars/ butterfly's. The children have been observing our own nursery caterpillars and we have a special surprise for the children tomorrow.....

One of the caterpillars has hatched late this afternoon and is now a butterfly!

Therefore, a lot more learning opportunities to be had over the next few days/ upcoming week.

We will take care of the butterfly over the next few days before releasing it into the wild. Hopefully soon the butterfly will have more friends to join them
