At nursey we have learnt what environmental day is and how we can help ‘beat plastic pollution’.
The children have participated in activities to understand the importance of recycling and reducing plastic waste too. The children have looked at metal, carboard, plastic and wooden objects and have sorted these into the correct recycled area. We centered this activity around the beach and identified how all the rubbish can harm the animals and sea creatures there and in the ocean.
